HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Finding the right therapist is paramount for your therapy journey. If you would like to learn more about how I can help, reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation. From there, we would book an intake where I can learn more about you. Following the initial intake, the therapy process begins.
HOW LONG IS EACH THERAPY SESSION?
All therapy sessions, both in-person and virtual, are 50 minutes in length.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
The frequency of therapy sessions can vary for each individual. I recommend discussing this further during a consultation.
HOW LONG WILL I BE IN THERAPY?
The duration of therapy is determined by multiple factors pertaining to the individual client.
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL SESSIONS?
Both! Virtual and in-person sessions are available depending on your preference. In-person sessions are held downtown Peterborough. Virtual sessions are offered through a secured platform.
